Cyrus was picked by designer and pal Jacobs to front his new Spring 2014 campaign. Miley brought a bit of a rocker edge to the look with her sleek hair and glitzy eye makeup. She paired the chic dress with Saint Laurent shoes and Lorraine Schwartz jewels.
