Deepika Padukone walks the ramp for designers Gauri and Nainika as they unveil their new collection, in New Delhi on Wednesday. Ankle-length dresses in soft pink and white colours and stronger hues of red and yellow were offset by sexy evening options in black, blue and gold.

Sequined appliqué flowers, embroidered cactus plants and French-knotted Cypress trees became the landscape to look forward to next year, in keeping with the international trend of floral and botanical inspiration.
